I love this dish so much that it warranted its own post. I hadn’t had it in sooo long!

Bún riêu is a Vietnamese tomato-base soup with thin white noodles, tofu, veggies, shrimp, and shrimp paste. Whoever thought to put shrimp paste in deserves a medal. It’s soo damn good.

This dish is #28 at Xinh Xinh in Chinatown, Boston. (Xinh Xinh means beautiful–we saw signs in Vietnam.) You won’t regret it!
