Global Overseas Adoptees’ Link worked from 2007 until 2010 for a change of the Korean Nationality Law and succesfully ended its “Dual Citizenship Campaign” with the adoption of the law revision on April 22, 2010 by the Korean National Assembly. The law revision went into effect as per January 1, 2011. Eleana Kim, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at University of Rochester designed on behalf of Global Overseas Adoptees’ Link this survey.
Please feel free to share this survey with other Korean adoptees. This survey was designed for Korean adoptees only.
